Geometry of the mind

Geometry of the mind

Through the scaffolds of logic
between the skeletons of structure
to factor into reframes of schematic data
grasping ever higher

Converging lines meet pinnacles of tilted lines
hexagonal spires reach upward
receding falling slopes
toward points of reason unframed
in the matrix of our  mind

Where streams of consciousness unwind
seismic shifts awake that which was asleep
waves of particles coalesce
through organic links of time

Abstracted
from whole’s to the parts
compartmentalized catorgized
distilled and refined
separated between the lines
synthesized to fit the fitted mold

Ambiguous analogies
reflections of mirrored metaphors
descriptive deceptive diagrams
of binary digits of formulated codes
abstracted from life
subverted and unreal

This poem delves into the intricate workings of the mind, likening it to a geometric structure where logic and data intersect. It explores the complexity of thought processes, symbolized by converging lines and hexagonal spires, reflecting the multifaceted nature of human cognition. The imagery of streams of consciousness, seismic shifts, and waves of particles highlights the dynamic and interconnected nature of our thoughts and experiences. The poem delves into how the mind abstracts, categorizes, and synthesizes information, sometimes distilling life into compartmentalized forms that may not fully capture its essence. It challenges the notion of reality, suggesting that our perceptions and interpretations are often shaped by abstract analogies and deceptive diagrams, emphasizing the subjective and constructed nature of our understanding.
