Open Soul

This world is so incredible, but it pales
in comparison to you, my love. I am
head-over-heels, madly in love with you, and I
long to be so sinfully close to you that even air
could not come between us. That being said, I’ve come
to believe that the most beautiful thing in the world
is not love, nor is it the act of making love, but rather,
the act of falling asleep beside you, my love, that I’d leave
myself open to you all night long, dreaming in my most
vulnerable state.

That is the most exquisite beauty of all.
