Bot-hole
Oh passage dark and drear, a bitter fate,
A hole through which we flee in times of fear,
A refuge from the horrors that await,
But what solace can it bring? None, I hear.
For though we try to run, our woes persist,
And through this aperture, we cannot hide
From fate's unyielding grip, so tightly knist,
That all our efforts to escape deride.
And so we're trapped, with no escape in sight,
Forsaken by the gods and by our fate,
Our souls are crushed by sorrow and despite,
Our hopes and dreams, a mere illusion's bait.
Oh passage dark and drear, a final door,
Leading to endless night, forevermore.
