Supernova

Does the breeze whisper quiet secrets,
That you carry your entire life?
Who trusts a soul's foreign features,
Save the breeze who breathes a warm light;

He caresses your gentle skin,
And lets you know you'll be alright;
Who doesn't love the nightly wind?
Oh, tempestuous darkened sight;

Look up into the starry sky,
And make a wish that stays with you;
Dream a night that shall pass you by,
And see the stars burn your bright hue;

They bleed and merge, and fall and die;
A thousand different colors, why?
Supernovae sunshine delight;
Such love ages into pale white.
