If life is to end then never let it be,
let me love you instead for all eternity.

Let me see your beautiful eyes when I wake,
feel your skin to mine.
Hear your gentle breathing as you wake.

Let me hold you in my arms,
forevermore.
Kiss your lips every minute of the day.

My heart beats
and says your name.
My blood runs hot with passion,
at the thought of you.

You are my destiny and without you,
my love is lost.

Tommy L. Maddox has traveled the world and seen many wonderful and horrible things. Cursed by demons and been blessed by angels. During a time when he was at a loss for what life was to be about his heart opened up and poetry flowed forth. From there came songs and the need to fill himself with more knowledge of the world. A path that has lead to history, theology, religion, philosophy and the discovery that his ancestors were famous musicians from King George of France and the Queen Elizabeth the 1st to the first musician to hold the title of Master of the Kings Music. (Nicholas "The Younger" Lanier.) All the way forward in time to "A Street Car Named Desire."
