The Arms of Inflammation

No pushing, pulling did I do,
Yet flames are in each arm.
I wish the fire would retire
With truth of pain in view.
No reason for alarm.

I did not lift or lay things down
That cause unwelcomed pain
That is so real: I can't conceal
With nothing but a frown,
What little hope remains.
