Wish I Could Go Back To Being A Child.

I wish I could go back to being a child.

Used to be called beauty
No one dare recent me.
Turned all men wife
Received presents like newly wed
Just because I was then a child.

Growing up a bit
Some claimed I was gold
Some claimed I was silver
Some claimed I was bronze
Whichever way I was still people's choice.

Growing up a bit
The world seem to evolve around me
Was worshipped, like an ancient goddess.
Got whatever I want
And leave the rest
As I was then a child.

Growing up a bit
Would discriminate
Any child who failed me a bit
They would plead like slaves
I would act like a provoked master
Because I looked good then as a child.

Growing up a bit
All wanted me
I loved just some
Many wished to be me
I wished to be someone else
Even when I was still me
I had regrets then as a child.

Growing up a bit
I was abused by a relative
Who was supposed to protect me
Right in front of my little siblings
Who had then no sense of Thier own
For a moment I wished I wasn't a child.

Growing up a bit
I was abducted forcefully
By a friendly neighbor
Right understand my sister's watch
Without her knowledge
I was abused and returned with threats
With my sister ignorant of what's gone wrong, I resent being the child I was then.

Growing up a bit
My parents had sent me to buy blade
Getting to the shop
The seller was a family friend
He got me closer to himself
And did same thing just like the neighbor
Not minding I was still a child.

Growing up a bit
I wanted to let my parents know
Of the biscuit and blade scene
They had thought I was given because
I looked too good as a child
Being ignorant and caredless about me.

Growing up a bit
I got the courage to let the cat out
That day my mom was furious
That she wasn't willing to hear me speak
I was so burdened that I never knew
I had been infested by the lust deseas
As a child.

Growing up a bit
I had spread the deseas
To close friends and family members
I felt father already had a clue
I had run from place to place
People called me mother's bag
Being ignorant, I was running from lust
Fighting it off alone as a child.

Growing up a bit
I turned a loner
I turned a sadist
I avoided friends and family
I kept no company
It was just a child and her burden.

Now all grown
I could no longer smile
I lost love and manners
I can now defend myself
People doubt my beauty
To show them how I used to look
Just for a seconds
I wished I could get back to being a child.
