Prickled

The sky was prickled with white spots
And a hugh chalk dot
The lines the other birds made weren't audible
The trees had died even more than the grey curtain
I kissed him in my mind earlier that day
Noone else like him has really compared
Then I slept looking at the stars

Life's twists and turns, love's complexities, and the ebb and flow of emotions are beautifully captured in your poetic words. The imagery of lost love, broken hearts, and missed connections evokes a sense of longing and introspection. The cycle of love, loss, and moving on is portrayed with depth and emotion in your verses. Keep expressing your thoughts and feelings through your poetic creations; they convey a profound understanding of human experiences.
