Into the darkness.

Into the darkness.

Deep in the darkness of the night, I look. I stand there, wondering and fearing. Doubting all my dreams. I don't dare to dream anymore. The silence was broken, and I never received a token. The only word that was spoken. I hear the whisper in my ear; it was a whisperer I longed to hear. That was one of my biggest fears. Your name was spoken. You never gave me a reason why. As I lay my head down to cry, I had no one else by my side.
