Faith and serenity adds so many satisfying conditions in your heart and soul. As you meditate on things of quiet peace and joy your mind will provide to your heart and soul the ways you can center yourself.  Mother Nature provides the beauty all around you as a link to the comforts of life that are held within you. Renew your mind even for just brief moments and you will relax and all the things that you love and will bring you love will be at your fingertips. Trust in the process.
