God's Symphony on the Shore

Plaintive roaring of a deep, dark
Ocean, rolling endless unto
The earth's sandy bosom, so stark
In it's marine pallor and hue,
Seagulls, playing nature's sweet pipe,
The sun's liquid, lucent photons,
Dancing as to sailor's hornpipe,
Waving bright and glist'ring batons.

A symphony of sound, painted textile,
Gentle sculpture, a lofty God's
Masterpiece of beauty and style,
All inimitable designs!
You who would rid tensions of life,
Contemplate the old manuscript,
Mighty God's living poem, rife
In lucence, beyond man's descript!
