You carry me
Whether you know it or not
You carry me
A fight so long and rightly fought
So I will carry you
For the lesson of love you taught

You carry me
Lifting me out of darkness into light
You carry me
Into morning from the sadness of a long night
You carry me
With you loving looks and caring eyes

You carry me
From the rot of hate to the love of  holding life
Closely

So I will carry you
