Everything is weird now
That wasn't long ago
I wanted to be me
But my me is just a faux

Think I'm overgrown

Everything I liked
I'm supposed to shed it now
I think I had good taste
So I'm wondering just how

When my room was all for me
And responsibilities
My toys are well boxed up now
And all alone

Think I'm overgrown

I wrote this. I'm a new poet so it probably sucks, sorry. I was just sad.
