Tangled Emotions

Tangled Emotions~

Sometimes I smile, but I feel sad too,
Everything’s bright, then it turns blue.
I want to laugh, but tears might fall,
Feeling so big, yet so small.

Happy moments with a hint of doubt,
A quiet voice, wanting to shout.
Heart is full, yet something’s missing,
Wishing for hugs, but also some distance.

I’m excited, but also a bit scared,
Feeling everything, but not quite prepared.
Mixed feelings, they twist and turn,
So much to feel, so much to learn.
