God Wants War

beauty of a man,
but with a troubled mind,
his woman keeps the demons away,
but she has secrets herself.
oh well, oh well,
the children are fighting,
bullet’s been fired,
on whom will it land?
i pity the other one,
for he will have to stay alive.

About this poem

I came up with it when i saw this married couple, the man is a drunk and the woman cheates, and it made me think about the war we all have going on in our heads, and why we humans are so miserable. And maybe God is a sadist and he made us like this simply for entertainment.
