Stop stomping on my heart

Sheela L. Roten Blackburn 1982 (Holy cross hospital)

Stop stomping on my heart

Why do you always got to stomp on my heart?
It hurts so bad I feel it rip apart.

Why are you always up when I'm down ?
Your always spinning my feelings round and round.

Why are you always up when I'm down when I'm up?
I feel my insides beginning to erupt.

Why won't you just grab it and wrap up In it
No waste of your energy, you could relax and sit.

Life Is to short for this negative energy.
I wish you would be positive and you would see!...

You are always stomping on my heart.
One day it will fall apart.
