Please don’t leave

A month,
minus a day or two -
and I will be back.

The weekend,
like old-times,
catching your eye
as I walk past.

I’ll pop by,
if I may,
and get
another flat white.

It’s a date.

To be kept.

I hope you’ll be there.

To take that second cufflink.

To exchange one more -

but without butts.

Just lips,
open freely.

I ache for you.

Completely.
