Lovecraftian World

Lovecraftian World by Bratty Bunny

On a dark and stormy night,
In a Lovecraftian world,
There lies a doomed soul,
Whose fate has been unfurled.
Speaking of their torment,
Of horrors beyond compare,
They're never able to rest,
In this life or anywhere.
For in this twisted realm,
There are no gods but one,
A deity of unspeakable power,
Who dreams of what they've done.
No prayers can save them,
No sacrifices can appease,
For they are caught in the grasp,
Of their own consuming disease.
They see on and on for eternity,
In a never-ending cycle of dread,
Never sleeping, never alone,
With visions of madness in their head.
They are never satisfied,
For their desires are always denied,
Trapped in a world of agony,
Where nothing can be justified.
The darkness consumes them,
In its unforgiving grip,
And they are left to suffer,
With no chance for escape or slip.
So beware, oh mortal soul,
Of the horrors that await,
For in this Lovecraftian world,
You'll meet your dark fate.
