Redemption

Redemption, oh sweet redemption,
The journey of a broken soul,
Rising from the ashes of destruction,
Becoming whole, once again whole.
Like a phoenix burning bright,
I spread my wings and take flight,
Leaving behind my past mistakes,
Embracing a new path, no longer opaque.
For too long, I carried the weight,
The burden of my wrongs,
But now I release it all,
And sing a new song.

To find peace and forgiveness,

The journey is not an easy one,
For the road is filled with thorns,
But I walk with determination,
With every step, my soul reborn.
I face my demons, fearless and brave,

My heart was once barren,
With darkness clouding my mind,
But now I see a glimmer of light,
A chance to leave my past behind.

To heal the wounds and scars,
And break free from the prison walls.
I embrace the beauty of this world,
With every breath, I am alive,
No longer a prisoner of my own self,
But a warrior, ready to thrive.

I may have faltered, stumbled and fell,
But I refuse to stay down,
For redemption is my destiny,
And nothing can bring me down.
Like a flower blooming in the spring,

Letting go of all the darkness,
And embracing what is right.

Guiding me towards a brighter tomorrow,
