Secrets will destroy You

In shadows deep,where whispers lie,
Secrets fester,hidden Nigh.
A burden heavy,hard to bear,
They weave a web of silent despair.

In the quiet of the nights,
Secrets steal the peaceful light.
They grow and twist within the mind,
A truth concealed,a heart confined.

With every lie,with every mask,
The soul is burdened with the task.
To hide,to shield,to keep at bay,
The secrets that will lead astray.

In the end, they take their toll,
Eroding trust,consuming whole.
For secrets kept will surely find,
A way to break the strongest mind.

So speak the truth, let light prevail,
For honesty will never fail.
In open hearts,in clear,bright view,
Secrets lose their power over you.
