I am a soul, lost from my goal,
Stuck in the world, entangled in attachments,
A directionless soul, surrounded by emotions,
Torn between desires and hopes, wandering in this fleeting world.

Maya has entrapped me, I've left my loved ones,
Searching for myself, seeking refuge in you,
Oh, Father of the Universe, take me under your guidance.
