Freedom ( Version 1 )

Freedom, elusive and enchanting
Like a butterfly fluttering in the wind
It captivates my heart, my soul
From the shackles of society, it rescues me whole.
I close my eyes and let my mind roam
In a world where I'm free to be my own
No longer bound by rules and chains
I spread my wings and break free from the pains.
With each step I take, I feel the weight
Of expectations and judgments dissipate
Gone are the fears, the doubts, the insecurities
Freedom gives me strength, it's my true identity.
I walk through fields of wildflowers
Their colors vibrant, their beauty showers
With every breath, I inhale the scent
Freedom, my companion, my confident.
As I reach the edge of the cliff
I gaze at the vast horizon, so vast and swift
The sun sets, painting the sky in hues
Freedom, my canvas, my muse.
I sit on the soft grass, beneath the stars
Gazing up, I feel their energy, their scars
They too, have been through battles and strife
But they shine bright, in the darkness of life.
I close my eyes, and feel the breeze
As it whispers secrets, my heart it appease
With every gust, my mind expands
Freedom, my teacher, it helps me understand.
I wander through the streets at night
Under the moon's glow, everything feels right
No walls, no boundaries, no cages
Freedom, my savior, it unleashes my rages.
I enter a garden, filled with blooming roses
Each one unique, yet in harmony poses
I touch their petals, so soft and delicate
Freedom, my healer, my soul it renovates.
I come across a river, its water crystal clear
Reflecting the moon, it calms all my fear
I dip my feet, and feel the coolness seep
Freedom, my sanctuary, my secrets I keep.
I climb a tree, and reach its highest peak
Every branch, every leaf, so unique
I see the world, from a different view
Freedom, my perspective, my eyes it renew.
I stand on the shore, watching the waves
Each one different, yet they all behave
They crash and roar, then gently retreat
Freedom, my rhythm, my soul it sweet.
As the night fades, and day begins
I spread my arms, and let the sun in
Its warmth, its light, it fills me up
Freedom, my nourishment, my courage it sup.
With freedom by my side, I fear no more
I can spread my wings, and soar
No longer tied down by society's norms
Freedom, my destiny, it transforms.
But freedom, not just for me
For every soul, for every being, it should be
An open space, for dreams to thrive
Freedom, my hope, my dreams it revive.
In this world, so full of chaos and strife
We all deserve to live a life
Where we are free to be who we are
Freedom, my anthem, my guiding star.
So let us embrace, this gift divine
And let it shine, let it shine
For in freedom, we find our true self
Freedom, my love, my true wealth.
