Addiction

Sometimes I sit and wonder why some of the struggle with the urge to get high. It really makes me want to cry because I will struggle with addiction till the day I die. Addiction is strange it's different for us all every addict has a story about what led to our downfall. When you hit rock bottom that really sucks but on the plus side once you're down there's nowhere else to go but up. It's going to take some time and you're bound to make mistakes but it's a part of life so give yourself a break. Life is full of lessons you'll grow from and you'll learn but sadly some of us are so strung out to the point of no return. It's a difficult thing to understand if you haven't gone through it yourself. The best way I can describe it is living in literal health. The constant nagging always at the back of your mind those negative voices that aren't very kind. Yes you can tune them out I've learned over time but they never truly leave you got to train your mind. This isn't something that happens overnight it's something you got to work at for the rest of your life.
