A Foundation Of Conviction

If you don't stand for something strong,
Your footing will falter, all day long.
You'll stumble and fall, without a clear view
A leaf blown by winds, with no direction true.

In life's turmoil, a compass is key,
To navigate the noise, and find serenity.
Stand for what you believe, with heart and soul,
Lest you fall prey to whims, and lose control.

In personal realms, values guide the way,
A moral compass that shines, come what may.
In professional spheres, principles lead the charge,
A North Star that illuminates, through life's barrage.

Stand for integrity, for honesty, and for right,
For these are the pillars, that hold through the night.
Don't let the winds of compromise, or fear, or doubt
Erode your foundation, and leave you without.

So take a stand, with conviction and might,
For when you stand for something, you shine with inner light.
