A Dream Never Met

I close my eyes only to sleep.
Just to let go of a dream.
Nothing could ever set me free.
From the life that I have already seen.
My heart will remain broken.
Too many scar's left open.
For the whole world to see.
I have no time for a lie.
Please keep the apology.
Time have waisted for the I'm sorry.
No need to keep the repeat.
A broken heart is just that.
But I am glad that we've met.
Let's say our goodbyes.
Because I wanted one love.
And for her to be forever mine.
From the doves flown above.
A true lovers sign.
I let love fly away before the I do.
Because of the hate.
I fell in love with you.
Not because of us.
But maybe it was too.
I really didn't know.
You have me still confused.
When, where, what are we?
How long can we lose?
A fight between I and me.
And it's you that I can't lose.
