You have only yourself
To set sail

On a journey,
Or a phase

Of a life that was always yours
And you’ve never been known as a bore

So, when all else fails,

Call your mom
And pray she has the answers
Because she knows just how to break through
Your tough shell

So, when all else fails
Play the music-
Let it blare!

We spend our time being way too serious
When we should be roaming.
Constantly curious

Remember this line
The next time
You sit in silence
Thinking in the past-tense

That the present doesn’t wait
The present is to conquer
The present consumes the wanderer
But the wanderer disregards time

Because the present is what exists.

The future is not as it is
And when all else fails
