Silent scream

Like the river rages in all directions, as do my voice. With all that I am I scream to the crowded room.
There is only silence and no one hears me, I am invisible as is my rage river of a voice.
Why can't they hear, why can't they help me. Even with my soul fading and waning like my voice.
My screams are loud for help but it won't come because even if the are creatures all around the river no one hears it. Even as it dry up so does my voice.
