THINE

IN THE DOWNPOUR, A CASCADE OF THOUGHTS UNFOLDS,
IN THE PAUSE, A VERDANT SIGNAL OF JOY IT HOLDS.
LATE I LINGERED, CHASING A FLEETING YELLOW GLOW, YEARNING FOR A CHANCE, WATCHING LIFE'S TRAFFIC FLOW.

LIKE THE DRIFTING CLOUDS, I ASPIRE TO MOVE ON,
THROUGH VALLEYS OF DARKNESS WHERE MOMENTS DAWN. IN THE CANVAS OF SKY, A BLEND OF GREY AND BLUE,
I LONG TO MERGE WITH THE WORLD, STAYING TRUE.

MOTHER'S CALL ECHOES, "COME HOME, MY CHILD!" CHILDREN ECHO, "NATURE'S HOME, WHERE DREAMS ARE COMPILED."
EXPLORING HAPPINESS IN VAST, OPEN SPHERES, I SEEK TO FIND JOY WITHIN OUR SHARED FRONTIERS.

GRANDPARENTS IN ROCKING CHAIRS, RAIN'S SOFT PATTER, MUGS OF CAFFEINE AND NUTRICHOICE, MOMENTS THAT MATTER.
IN THIS MYRIAD OF CHOICES, CONSIDER ME, I MUSE,
A THOUGHT OF BEING YOUR CHOICE, IN LOVE, I INFUSE.

About this poem

For whom you loved like no other, the torrent of tears drove you apart. Thine is something close to mine, who still believes the lost can be found.

Ganya Mylar – Dancing Through Life, Writing Through Soul I see myself in dance—spinning, leaping, flowing—and I express myself through words, weaving emotions into poetry. Life is a rhythm, a story waiting to be told, and I embrace both with open arms. My verses capture the little joys—a rainy evening with caffeine in hand, a memory wrapped in nostalgia, the quiet magic of everyday moments. I don’t just write; I feel, I live, I create. If my words bring a smile, a thought, or a spark of warmth, then they’ve danced their way into the right hearts. more…
