nothing

in a world we self create
surrounded by nothing
but our perceptions alone
all that passes is time
n' all we see is gone before
we realize it was there
nothing
n' as time hastens bias
n' clocks tic toc tic
we die
then what you ask?
nothing
no answer
nothing
to say that needs be said
has ever been spoken
what is left undone is for tomorrow
yet tomorrow will become today
n' yesterday was once tomorrow
n' today destinations pass
while our destiny awaits
a little longer, then
nothing
