Child Abuse.

She was locked in a room,
All day and night,
She was living a life,
That only she could fight.

He pulled in to the driveway,
Down her cheek rolled a tear,
He was stronger than her,
Her worst and deadly fear.

She could hear him walking,
Up those wooden stairs,
She didnt make a sound,
She never dares.

He opened her door,
And looked her in the eyes,
She stopped herself crying,
As she heard his lies.

He towered over her body,
And smacked her face,
She had to stand the pain,
In every daily case.

He beat her up for no reason,
Creating a body of bruises,
She had scars from her life,
Covered up with his excuses.
