Dive Into the Earth

Each stare,
a suspended teardrop

too heavy
for this eye-lid
pasted shut.

Anguish tide,
this shattered, scattered, terror tide!

Bellowing, violently enveloping
innocent breath.

Oh to dive into the earth
from whence it came,
for to implode mercy!

Let us dive.
