Feelings

Through the growing times in my teenage years
it is so mysterious those feelings that appear
when you tell yourself over and over again
it becomes so unforgiving and it never seems to end
those feelings are like a sign from up above
close family, Lord God and the ones i love
all letting me know of the great things to come
will i or will i not find the one
but what if those feelings turn to pain
is it wrong, right, love
or hate that i will gain
for i wish these feelings give me truth
of the uncertainties in my youth
you see if i wasn't so stubborn and negative
then those feelings i wish for someone else to feel may be postitive
in life itself things are changing everyone and everything is ageing
But all i ask is a simple thought is it true that i ought
to be a superstar or model to be centre of your thought?
or to be just me with simple heart that is set free
to have this life all about you and me
