Her Eyes

A moonlit night
Shone through her eyes
A springtime breeze
This perfume she wears

A wry smile
A wrinkled nose
She is the bloom
The perfect rose

Eyes so deep
That pierce a soul
Eyes so sweet
They caress my soul

I long to hold
Now my story told
And let her lips
Reach mine unfold

I shall await
My hope is true
A kiss so pure
I'll want no more
