Last Honor
Here I am standing all alone,
My throat is dry, there is no tone,
The wind blows rain into my face,
I can hear my heat beat, its pace,
Patches of snow are here and there,
My eyes are gazing anywhere,
All my tears get mixed with rain,
I know its still working, your brain,
But I cannot talk to you - now,
There is no way to do it - how?
Your time with us came to and end.
And all alone here I stand.
