Jet Rood

When you are not here
I am with you in thoughts
even when you're not nearby
the memory fills me up

Of our great conversations
the love making which feels so good
your caring hart en tenderness
it is so complete

We both did not search for love
an unexpected happening
cautious in our steps
be gentle with one another

You are a precious gift in life
one I am trully greatful for
our wish is spending many years
untill one of us departs the earth
