Who am I

What is this world all about?
Did I take the wrong route.
Whats my purpose on this earth,
Was there special purpose for my birth?
 I sometimes feel I just don't belong,
that my place here is all wrong.
 Raising children watching them grow,
given the bum on the corner a little dough.
 Fighting,pain, violence, and prejudice,
are these the things left to reminisce?
I feel like the odd ball in the crowd, so many times i cried out loud.
By the ways of my husband I do abide,
but I somehow became the thorn in his side.
he  use to say I was his dream come true you see,
now he says his problem is me.
to young to have such a past full of sorrow,
My Lord what wil it be tomorrow?
Sometime you feel you just can't manage,
Always kind to others who just take advantage.
Waiting anxiously for the Lord to come that special day,
to take all my fears and pain away!

I have always enjoyed writing, not only by things that happen or dreams I have..I never really spoke up in my life, always shy..Writing things down, and my feelings always worked best. I have a love for all people in my life and try to touch their hearts.. My God is always first, and he guides me in all aspects of my life! I have several poems in Anthologies, and a few awards..Thank you for reading my poems, I hope you enjoy(ed) them! God bless you! more…
