Dandelion Dreams

Dandelions dancing in the breeze
The gentle breeze intensifies the wild weed
Turning the weed a brazen yellow
Yellow, was the color of her hair
Her hair that circled around her face,
Her face, with the illuminated smile
The smile alit only for her groom
The groom, she had chosen
Chosen to be her lifetime mate
The mate she had forever dreamed of
Dreamed of years ago, in that field
That field covered with dandelion dreams.
