I'm very multifaceted individual and keep active in a variety of ways: I currently train in Muy Thai and have taken 5 other styles of martial arts, I play a lot of sports, mainly basketball, volleyball and football, i write as well....I was actually published in 2005. I write poetry and prose and it originated as just a way for me to filter thoughts and process events that happened to me on a day to day level...pretty soon I started keeping them in a journal and collected enough to put together a book...and it was published and Ive been writing ever since... About my book: This is a collection of various poems and writings spawned from various events in my life. They possess my observational standpoint on matters that cross the minds of many today. These poems are a direct representation of my views on varying events and situations. Hopefully, they will provoke thought and give way to meaningful discussions and ultimately lead to a different look into the world we live in today. These works stem from everyday life, they encompass all that we deal with, the various interactions and events that make up that often overlooked gift we call life. My purpose for writing, is to ensure that it serves as a fertile medium for thought, to provide a tangible source of strength and finally to act as catalyst for challenging they way we see things on a day to day basis. Favorite Quote: " As we journey down the path we call life, we acquire words of wisdom along the way. These words are generated by our life's ups and downs and serve as a reminder of our failures and triumphs. We must never forget these valuable treasures, for they are the only physical remains of who we are, after we have passed on.." -Me (What can i say? I like my own work!)
