My Son

Vicki Holder 1972 (Louisville)

I loved you then I love you still always have always will. Now I can only see you through glass. I know GOD tells me this soon will pass. Yesterday morning you were here all full of happiness and cheer. Always in a hurry but nowhere to go. I will miss your happy face the most your high energy too, I wish it was me instead of you. You're only one mile away may as well be a million. I can't even see you because I too am a felon. With rings on your fingers and time on your hands I know you got bored I totally understand. Now it's going to be a minute before I see you again. But I'm ride or die with you until the end
