Unravel part I

Unravel
Unravel what is left of me
Tethered to a world that’s become inescapable
Distort my vision
Leave my breath running ragged
Tear me asunder
With this daily dose of poison
Unravel me
And all of my worn out seams
Fill my lung’s capacity
With a little more insanity
Can you tell that I’ve fallen into the deep end
Frozen in time
With a thought that wasn’t even mine
No longer a care in sight
I’ve become blinded by some kind of light
Unravel what I used to be or don’t
I would love to know what it’s like to breathe
Leave me here
Broken and battered
Unravel the parts of my soul
I’ve kept hidden
Completely out of view from people like you
Hand me this cup you’ve topped off with cyanide
Walk away so you don’t hear my silent screams
Unravel my darkest secret
And you will see that not all is what it seems to be
Unravel this mystery inside of me
Tell me what you really see
Breathe fresh air into these lungs of mine
Bring me back to life
But before I forget
Unravel me
Unravel this insanity
