STRANGE LESSON

I awake again with these thoughts that are so vivid, even on a black-and-white 1920s movie screen and in the silent picture. Thank the heavens that I can adlib the lines being the show is my life story being told but not yet in paperback to be sold.

Tonight I am my bartender. I am serving milk and cookies, eating them like my favorite monster, and having a drink with the count. My favorite number has always been 222, and I notice that the grouch inside the can looks similar to the ounce I just bought. Damn, my childhood had an adult lesson to be taught.
