Analysis of LOVE is Everything

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

In the cool of the day we walk the path
That leads to peace and happiness
I study the Word to see your face
And in your Word, I find my place

I know it’s written of me there
I know God loves and see God cares
He will not leave me all alone
I never will be on my own

Jesus won’t drive me away
I came to him and there I’ll stay
It’s by the Father I’ve been drawn
His Word and Spirit make me strong

Our God is to be praised
His love endures forever
