Analysis of Love Hurts
Darrell Shook 1978 (North Carolina)
As I seen the tears roll down her face,
Cause of the mistakes I may have made.
Their is no one that can take her place,
My love for her grows stonger each day.
I would've done anything to last forever,
One day I hope she will see.
So we can share our lives together,
Cause she is the only one for me.
If I only knew what made her upset,
So I could apologize and make it right.
I can still remember the first day we met,
Now I'm trying to forget that horrible night.
I don't know when I will see her again,
But I think about her night and day.
If only we were still friends,
So she could take this pain away.
