Analysis of Infinity
I am that tiny speck of light
that sneaks through the horizon at dawn,
sparkling like a jewel
before opening the door to day.
I am that crisp bite of morning
that strikes so sharp like a whetted knife,
piercing so cruelly
but awakening you to life.
I am that moment of truthfulness -
the dilemma between right and wrong
that nags at your conscience,
racking your guilt, until ousted.
I am that flicker of new tide
that brings new hope and beauty so rare,
glistening like Heaven’s milk,
embracing your emotions with love.
I am the pin-point of high noon –
that peak – that fastigium of power,
soaring rays like stingrays,
grabbing at senses and burning breath.
I am that second of twilight –
that magic moment when lights go off
before stars shine brightly
and night, in all his splendour, reigns king.
I am that final second of life
when Nature’s sleep allows you to dream
but wake again supreme
in Heaven’s harmony of light.
