Analysis of With Living Words I Would Conspire
In the spirit of confession,
language became my enemy.
Words of ransomed thought
are as valueless as the penny.
Dictionary opaque with meaning,
agrees with the counterfeit of intent.
Subtle nuance of emotion seeming
to idle awry, forges the signal bent.
Rather I aspire to the shaman's song,
nonsensical sounds to take on form.
With some botanical tickets along,
what I say resembles a storm.
