When I Die

When I Die, bury me deep
I don’t want to hear my Mother weep.

I don’t want to hear her moans.
I don’t want to hear her cries.

I don’t want to see the tear drops,
Fall from her eyes.

She don’t  know that I’m not down here
In this cold hole alone.

My body’s being buried
But my Spirit’s gone home.

I’m going to laugh and I’m going to sing.
I’m so happy Mama.

I even have wings!
