Unriddle the Riddles

See figure through the window,
The reflection of a specter.
Midnight struck and while they cheered...
Two's soul fastened to the chain;
And center turned to lead,
Dropped down to apparitions, oxygen had strayed.
Come eve, the holiday of nightmare...
Flicker, ever dim, As One goes back three steps,
From there anointed spectator
Intent upon the Other, fading towards the state of death.
Marching down the rails, stare scythe as where dream once would be, if such, had slightest of soul.
In spirit, not hesitation had;
And without the glare of sun in hand.
One wished of delay, a stumble in step.
But Two could not be bothered, as indentation had long begun upon the nerves of feeling.
Fearing creature just passed by, Two, lacking sign of shudder
One ran the other way, unwilling to confront, the health in which
Two dwelled.
Day to day the world of Two
Could not be braved by any other, than those who knew the dangerous mind,
Survived,
The thoughts of the Other.
