Break Free

I'm just mentally ill enough
To disassociate
Barely conscious of what I am
Still I contemplate

I'm just emotional enough
To know I'm scarred
Able to tell what cut
A mind broken and marred

I'm just insecure enough
To not reconcile
Struggle for self-worth
Every reflection reviled

Let go of all it
Ease a troubled mind
Lay these burdens down so
All that's coiled can unwind
