Welcome to the whirlpool
Where currents swirl
Oblivious to the direction of intent
Whisking us past the things we want to see

Stopping is not an option
The undertow is too great
Incessant waves on a journey
To some focal point no one can pinpoint

Recognizable objects can be seen
Flowing by at the speed of whoa
Fellow travelers of the whirlpool wave
But their cries are lost in the rushing waters

Escape? Oh; I think not, my friend!
The whirlpool keeps what it collects
And all sense of direction is lost and dizzy
Save for the way down to the oceans cold depths
