All Good

The sky was dark blue,
wearing stars as earrings,
and a perfectly round yellowish-white necklace
Beneath it; was us

We were unsure of the morning,
we were afraid of the warmth
"All good", you said
As you lead us east

It was no longer dark,
when you welcomed the sun
"All good", I said
Before I drove back towards the moon
